Download: Destroyer Battlegear

This armor is for warriors and can be seen here. Like the Nordrassil armor, it was introduced in January 2007 in the Burning Crusade expansion. A green recolor can be seen on melee fighters in the Firelands, part of the 2010 Cataclysm expansion.

This armor is for Adult Male & Female only. You have permission to recolor them with credit. Neither mesh includes additional morphs (because seriously, it's plate, you guys, who's going to reforge it when they put on a couple pounds?). Neither the helm nor the armor is alpha enabled - if you want to add that, knock yourself out, but it made the helm look really weird. :S

Male armor is based on SBB and has 2972 polys.
Female armor is based on Athletic Girl and has 2830 polys.
Helm has 594 polys.

Download: Cenarion Raiment

This armor is also for druids and can be seen here. This armor was found in the very first 40-man raid and was included with the game's launch in November 2004. Since then, it has become a sort of general uniform for druids everywhere.

This armor is for Adult Male and Female only. You have permission to recolor if you credit me. The shoulders are an alpha mesh separate from the rest of the armor, so you can make stuff disappear if you feel so inclined. The headdress is NOT an alpha mesh because it was causing too many visual problems, but if you want to change it back and mess it it, knock yourself out.

Male armor uses the SBB bodyshape and has no other morphs. Poly count: 2799.

Female armor uses the Adult Female Default Meshes w/Pregnant Morphs (v1.1) from Insiminator.net - not an "official" body type but still curvier than the original Maxis models. It has fat and pregnant morphs. Poly count: 2580.

Headdress poly count: 226. There will be clipping unless you use a bald hairstyle, but it looks fine if your hair covers the whole headband.

Download: Troll Tusks

WoW has a lot of non-human races, and it's so hard to try to recreate them if you don't have all the parts! Elf ears are a dime a dozen, but the Horde races need some love too. Here are some tusks for your trolls! They are for all ages, both genders, and are showerproof. Meshes have 42-52 polys for the teen-elders and 12 polys for the child & toddler.

Download: Nordrassil Armor

This armor is for druids and can be seen  here. It was introduced in January 2007 with the Burning Crusade expansion. This blue recolor was added in June 2007, and was later reused in 2010's Cataclysm expansion as the default uniform for all druids on the high-level zone of Mount Hyjal.

This armor is for Adult Male & Female only. You have permission to recolor them with credit. Alpha transparency is enabled for the helm but not the armor.

Male armor uses the SBB bodyshape and has no additional morphs. Polycount is 8359 due to BlooM's SexyFeet.

Female armor uses the Adult Female Default Meshes w/Pregnant Morphs (v1.1) from Insiminator.net - not an "official" body type but still curvier than the original Maxis models. It has fat and pregnant morphs. Poly count: 8190 due to BlooM's SexyFeet.

Crown poly count: 367. It seems semi transparent due to the alpha blending and I'm not sure how to fix that. :(

Feathermoon: Akeelah and Mellery

Yes, I'm spending way too much time doing this. What can I say, controlling you people is fun.

Today, we have Akeelah, Mellery and Lara!
There really was no feasible way to make a Melvin, sadly.

That picture was before Mellery & Lara were height-adjusted; here they are now:

Mellery's robot arm SHOULD be pretty visible, I hope!

Corri & Gale: Honeymoon

Because Bon Voyage was a super fun expansion pack once they got the bugs all worked out. And who doesn't love a beach vacation?

Corri & Gale went to a hotel right on the water:

And played on the beach:

Download: Judgment Armor

This armor is for paladins and can be seen here. It was introduced in summer 2005 with the Blackwing Lair raid and nearly nine years later remains one of the most popular armor sets in the game. Now your Sims can wear it too! This armor is for Adult Male & Female only. You have permission to recolor them if you credit me; however, alpha blending is not enabled on any of the meshes.

Male armor uses the SBB bodyshape and has no other morphs. Poly count: 2719.

Female armor uses the Adult Female Default Meshes w/Pregnant Morphs (v1.1) from Insiminator.net - not an "official" body type but still curvier than the original Maxis models. It has fat and pregnant morphs. Poly count: 2500.

Hood poly count: 106. Make sure you pick a bald or close-cropped hairstyle for everyday, formal, and outerwear, or else you will get some clipping.

From left to right we have the HBB, the Ren Gal, and the HBB with hooves.

HBB has 2765 polys and no additional morphs.
HBB With Hooves has 2559 polys and no additional morphs.
RenGal has 2500 polys and includes fat and pregnant morphs.

"But Duerma, what's your deal with the HBB and RenGal? Isn't one bodyshape enough?" Glad you asked! You see...

HBB & RenGal make AWESOME dwarves. :D (The texture mismatch you see is a result of the stretchSkeleton cheat, NOT a problem with my meshes.) The hooves one is great for Draenei or Tauren.

Feathermoon: Fearinal and Zhàlar

As I tried to decide who to do next I asked myself - Why the heck haven't I done Fearinal's family? Fearinal-player's big into the Sims, it'd be fun, right?
Look how cute they are! There's Fearinal and Zhàlar, plus Fearinal's biological son Meldarion and their adopted son Brennan.

Corri and Gale: Wedding Edition

Not because anything hilarious happened in it, but weddings are fun, amirite?

Just before it started:

I had to get rather hacky to 1) have the wedding on a community lot rather than at home, and 2) to have lots of guests. BUT THERE WE GO. And most of them even stuck around to watch!

Here's a picture from the other side, of all the guests:
Not sure why Corri's dad is checking out Shaila. But it looks like Dwyndle is too, so no biggie!

Feathermoon: Alishe and her Tea Shop

Let's spend some time with Alishe's family!
I started off with Torriah and Folorin with them, but I was having trouble finding a house that would fit them all, so I separated the families. (And, of course, as soon as I did that I found a house that would have worked perfectly. OH WELL.)

Feathermoon: Verdus, Kelyr, Dorri'tow

All right, here's my latest experiment:
PEACECOW!

OK, the horns are too big, and I need to recolor the horns, ears, and tail, and I need to adjust the outfit a teeny bit, and he'll never look quite right because he doesn't have that hunch that "real" Taurens do. BUT LOOK AT HIS COW FACE IT'S KINDA CLOSE RIGHT?
Through the magic of Sims-land, he gets to wear an eyepatch AND the Nordrassil garb at the SAME TIME.

Feathermoon: Mesion

Had some free time this weekend, and I thought I'd be crazy and make another mesh. Here's Mesion!

He's got the druid Nordrassil recolor set that the Guardians of Hyjal druids all wear. His beard is scruffier than it is supposed to be, but after making new meshes for the clothes, the hat, and the hair, I decided I didn't want to mess with it.

Anyway, I didn't have a lot of time to actually play with him since creating stuff took so long, but here's a couple shots of him in action:
You catch those butterflies, Mesion!

There was an option on the Sim interact menu that I didn't recognize - it's probably always been there but I hadn't seen it before. I picked it and he started rapping.

Corrienda's not even on the lot and she's going "OMG DAD STAAAAHP!"

Much more serious and in character, here he is reading a book.
True story: One third of all the vertices in this body are in his feet. Hurray for TOES!
